Meet Jennifer.

I am so glad you are here. I am Jennifer, owner & lead photographer at Jennifer Howell Photography. 

I am 28 years old, a wife, and mama to three precious babies.
I started diving into photography when I was teenager and fell in love with everything about it. Photography was a hobby of mine until I decided to change career paths to start my own business in 2021. I never looked back. My heart and soul is with couples and families. I love capturing genuine emotion & telling your story through images.

Do you want super gorgeous images, but you don't want to look stiff and posed? I've got you. I prefer giving prompts to show emotion then posing. And guess what? You'll probably have a good time doing it.

Have you ever been told you're the one who does things "differently?" Well... then you're in the right place. I love unconventional + unusual. I feel like I get the most creative when I just do what my mind speaks to me. You get to be YOU + I'll photograph it. 

I'm not sure if I'm awkward or outgoing... or a mix of the two. But, regardless, you won't feel awkward around me. I'll talk your ear off (almost literally) and we'll have a dang good time capturing your memories.

Capturing who you really are as people is the primary goal of your session with me. I'll give you some prompts to spark emotion and we'll make magic happen! It really is as simple as that. 

I know you'll want some candid moments of everyone smiling at the camera, but then we'll dig deeper and capture your connection, passion, and love for each other.

step one  // inquire

Let's talk! Fill out an inquiry & we will discuss your wedding day or session. I'll ask a few questions and we will schedule a time to talk over the phone.

step two  // phone call

I schedule a phone call with all my wedding clients to get to know you and get ALL the details about your day. We discuss the packages, investment, along with turn around time.

step three  // get officially booked

Wedding dates and session dates fill up FAST. Once you have a date & you want to move forward with booking, you will sign a contract and pay a retainer fee to secure your date.

step four  //  the day is here

Whether it's your wedding day or a family session, I will be there to support you. Do you need help putting your veil on? Do you need me to fix your kiddo's dress or put their shoes on them? Whatever it is, I'm here for it. I'll bring jokes and smiles while I take beautiful images that you'll LOVE

step five  //  editing

I'll send you a sneak peek after your wedding or session within 72 hours. From there, I'll start editing your wedding or session. Weddings take 6-8 weeks to get back to you and sessions take 3-4 weeks.

step six  //  online gallery

Your wedding will be delivered in a downloadable online gallery. It will be nicely labeled and sorted by each part of your day so you can find any special images you are looking for quickly. Sessions will be sent a proof gallery for choosing images prior to your final gallery.
